Ms. Cafaro has been our President, Chief Executive Officer and a

REIT. Ms. Cafaro is a director of Weyerhaeuser Company (NYSE: WY),
one of the world's largest integrated forest products companies,
the Treasurer of the National Association of Real Estate
Investment Trusts ("NAREIT") and a member of the Real Estate
Roundtable and its Nominating Committee. She also chairs the
Visiting Committee of the University of Chicago Law School. Ms.
Cafaro is admitted to the Bar in Illinois and Pennsylvania.
